Privacy Policy – INDIA

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and processed for customers in India, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, together with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.

2. Personal data we collect

• Identity and contact data: name, email address, telephone number;
• Order data: shipping and billing address, products ordered, order history;
• Payment data: processed by our payment gateway (we do not store full card details);
• Any information you provide voluntarily when you contact us.

3. Purposes & lawful basis

We process personal data on the basis of your consent and the “legitimate uses” recognised under the DPDP Act, for the following purposes: to process and fulfil orders; to arrange delivery; to communicate about your order and respond to enquiries; to issue invoices; and to comply with legal and tax obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

4. Payment processing — Razorpay

Payments in India are processed through Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited). The information required to complete your payment is processed by Razorpay in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not store your full payment-card details.

5. Shipping — Shiprocket

Deliveries within India are arranged through Shiprocket. To deliver your order, we share the data necessary for shipment, including your name, delivery address and phone number, with Shiprocket and the assigned courier partner.

6. Hosting, CDN & cookies

The website is operated on a third-party hosting service: Hosting provider: GoDaddy. Images are delivered through the Jetpack image CDN (i0.wp.com), operated by Automattic Inc. (USA), which receives your IP address to deliver the content. The store (WooCommerce) uses technically necessary cookies for cart and checkout functions. No consent-requiring analytics or advertising cookies are used at the time of writing.

7. Cross-border transfers

Some service providers (such as the image CDN and certain payment functions) may process data outside India. Such processing is carried out subject to the requirements of the DPDP Act and the rules made under it.

8. Your rights as a Data Principal

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to: obtain access to a summary of your personal data and the processing activities; request correction, completion or updating of your data; request erasure of your data where it is no longer required; nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity; and seek grievance redressal. 9. Children

This store is intended for adults (18 years and over). We do not knowingly process the personal data of children except with verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian, and we do not undertake tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising directed at children, in line with the DPDP Act.

10. Retention & security

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purposes and to meet legal and tax obligations, after which it is erased. We apply reasonable security safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure or loss.
